Click on CONFIRM MY PURCHASE and choose your method of payment. 8. If you wish to keep on buying, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING. If not, click on CHECK OUT. 9. Read the conditions and click on BUY KNOW. 10. Please wait till the system takes you to the selected method of payment website. This may take some minutes. 11. Once you are there, log in to finish the transaction. HOW TO DOWNLOAD 1. Once you received your confirmation mail, which includes the series you bought and their selected format, go to www.adrian-embroideryart.com 2. Log in by keying in your username and password in the corresponding boxes. Then click on GO! 3. Click on LOOK AT YOUR RECORD. 4. There you will have a list of all the series you have bought. Click on DOWNLOAD, to get the files that you need. 5. Should you have any problem, please contact us.

I would like to pay my order through a bank transfer. What shall I do? 1) You must email us the following information a) Name of the series you want to purchase; b) What section this series belongs to; c) The format you need. 2) In that mail you will need to include the following information: a) Name and Surname of the account holder b) ID Number c) Address d) Country and Nationality e) E-mail address f) Telephone number. 3) You will receive a mail detailing the necessary information to make the transfer: a) Number and type of account; b) Bank c) Routing Number d) The confirmation of your purchase. *You must take into account that this payment method implies additional costs. 4) Once the transfer has been made you will receive through mail the invoice and the files containing the series you bought.
